Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary

I booked a quick stay here on a whim to meet up with some friends locally but the property far exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival I was greeted by grounds staff outside with smiles and hellos. When entering the lobby the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright the area was. The front desk was easily visible and I was immediately greeted by someone working despite their being other visitors checking in as well. The check in process went smoothly and I was given clear instructions on locations in the hotel, amenities, hours for meals, etc. My room was clean and homey and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. I was easily able to locate shopping in the area and had just a quick ride up the road for an event. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

This is an brand new hotel in the heart of Cary, NC. The staff was very good at hospitality. Ethan and Tyler checked us in and made sure that we had what we needed. The rest of the staff was attentive as well. The standard King room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of space for opening or storing luggage. We were able to sign into our Netflix account in the room TV which was nice. As a diamond member, I chose the food and beverage credit towards snack one day and towards breakfast on the other days. The snack selection was good but if paying cash (instead of status perk) a little on the pricey side but to be expected at most hotels these days. The hot breakfast was great and there was also an assortment of pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The coffee offered in the atrium wasn't that great but there was a cappuccino machine in the snack area. Tea offerings were good. Atrium lounge seating was comfortable and plentiful and there was a large dining table that could be used for groups as well. Overall the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

We knew the hotel was going through renovations when we booked our stay but what stood out to me was how clean everything was. From the parking lot to the lobby (where some of the renovation was taking place) to the elevators, hallways, and into our room. The hotel was practically spotless. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and despite the renovations, the hotel was also surprisingly quiet. Work stopped by 5pm daily and was never a problem. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in our room as soon as it became available which was a nice bonus. As far as location, we had easy access to the hotel from several directions and was conventiently located near shops, restaurants, parks, and even downtown without being in the middle of it all. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for it's value, convience, location, and ammenities but also for its cleanliness and friendly staff. I look forward to staying again soon!

Stayed here with a friend while attending an event in December. Love to travel and choose Hilton as often as I can for reliably great service and this experience was no different. Kevin and Liz were kind and helpful with my questions during check-in. Nice, clean rooms and friendly service. Good location. Event was lovely. Staff were professional and accomodating. Stephanie addressed some personal concerns for me. All staff were wonderful and I wish I had caught more names. Would definitely return here for an event or if I needed a place to stay again in the area.

Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable; our server was friendly and attentive, and the food was of good quality. The location is very convenient with easy access to shopping and nearby restaurants. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Very clean room, but bed/pillows not the most comfortable we've had. Refrigerator barely kept food/drinks cold. Breakfast was ok -- definitely not the worst, and i like that the option existed for omelets/etc made yo order, even though we just got the buffet. Indoor pool is a bit small and needs a changing room, but towels and shower are a nice touch. And the hotel was under construction, but the noise level was low. The service was exceptional from start to finish!

Great place to stay. Very close to everything in the area. FYI when booking through 3rd party sites: we do recommend verifying before you go with the staff regarding breakfast. There may be an extra cost because some of the sites will say it is included like on booking.com. That’s totally okay though, we had more time than we thought, so it gave us an opportunity to try something new in the area before leaving! Very nice staff, very clean, looks like they are renovating, so it looks newer throughout. Our room was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Outstanding value at this Hilton. Stayed there several times recently and very pleased with the accommodations — clean, roomy, and friendly staff. Last visit coincided with three youth baseball teams in town for a tournament and the breakfast staff at the hotel were up to the challenge. (Trey was exceptional, moving from table to table at impressive speed: handling orders, coffee, and clearing.) Located near shopping and excellent restaurants, it’s a gem.
